This Avocado Salsa is by far the easiest dip recipe you will serve up. When I know friends are coming over, for a laid-back get together, I put a bowl of this dip out with a bag of tortilla chips (sometimes I get really fancy and put the chips is a bowl) and this dip disappears!
I love that it’s a healthy dip. The beans bulked it up and the flavor is fresh! Use real limes and zest before you juice (if you want the extra lime flavor). This is a no brainer game-day, girls want to dish or feet up on the coffee table nosh. I can’t tell you how often it’s what is requested when we visit a friend’s home for casual eats.
Enjoy!
