As an alternative serving style use clear cups and layer the dip. If you layer, pre-mix the corn, garlic, cilantro and lime juice.
Add red onions or fresh fruit (pineapple or peaches) if you like.

Serves: 3 cups
  • 1 (16 ounce) jar salsa
  • 1 avocado, peeled seeded and chopped
  • 1 cup prepares beans
  • ½ cup seeded and chopped tomato
  • ¼ cup corn kernels
  • ¼ cup chopped cilantro
  • ½ teaspoon chopped garlic
  • ½ lime juiced
  • Sea salt and pepper to taste
  1. Combine all the ingredients and serve.
