Let’s keep it simple shall we
- roasted : turn the oven to 450: it wont take long so check every 8 minutes. prep pan with non-stick spray or evoo. sprinkle with thyme, fresh garlic, curry or your favorite spice blend.
- sauteed : with garlic, onion, leeks or shallots: in this dish I sauteed asparagus & shallot and added organic chicken feta sausage and gluten free pasta
- steamed : top with lemon juice, vinegar or a creamy nut dressing : love me some steamed kale, beet greens, cabbage and swiss chard
