- Roast chestnuts at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 min (make sure to cut, which prevents explosions) add to pilaf or stuffing.
- Brussels sprouts 3 ways: roast, put through the food processor to shred and sauté or gently steam

The market will open Friday from 5-8pm during downtown festivities and Sweet Annie’s is hosting a Fancy Pants Art Show… Fancy Pants Art Show… need I say more? be there.
Market hours are Wednesday 6:00 AM till 4:00 PM and Friday from 6:00 AM till 4:00 PM AND from 5:00 PM till 8:00 PM.
