This is a basic recipe you’ll want to have in your back pocket all summer long! I am madly in love with infusing vinegar, gin, rum and vodka with fruit. This Raspberry Vinaigrette give you a good excuse to try something savory with seasonal berries. Use this dressing with a mixed greens salad or in a legume, grain, or rice salad.

- ⅓ cup olive oil
- ⅓ cup raspberry vinegar
- 1 teaspoon agave
- 2 teaspoons grainy mustard
- dash of cayenne
- salt and pepper, to taste
- Mix the dressing by combining all ingredients in a canning jar and giving it a good shake.
