- 1 heaping (6 ounces) cup pineapple pieces
- ¼ cup pineapple juice
- ½ (2-ounces) banana, peeled
- 1 kiwi, peeled
- ¼ cup coconut milk
- 2 teaspoons freshly squeezed lime juice
- ½ cup ice
- optional:
- 1 ounce (1 cup) fresh kale leaves or spinach
- ¼ frozen green grapes
