8. Always, always have fresh herbs for soups, sauces, roasting and cocktail simple syrups. Period. Grab a bunch of mint, thyme or rosemary from Meck’s Produce.
9. Stoltzfus Homestyle Bakery carries colorful jarred treats. It’s simple to pop one open for your dinner or cocktail buffet. If you are lucky you may be able to grab the seasonal sand tarts.
