It was my birthday weekend and I wanted to squeeze all kinds of good phoebe-lovin’ stuff in to one day! My pal Nan and I did just that. That included, but is not limited to, eating our way through Bethlehem VegFest, dinner at a divine Indian restaurant, a tourist stop at Trader Joe’s and an interview with the Beekman Boys 1802, while on a detour at Terrain.
