It was my birthday weekend and I wanted to squeeze all kinds of good phoebe-lovin’ stuff in to one day! My pal Nan and I did just that. That included, but is not limited to, eating our way through Bethlehem VegFest, dinner at a divine Indian restaurant, a tourist stop at Trader Joe’s and an interview with the Beekman Boys 1802, while on a detour at Terrain. Already subscribe the our 2 Weird Hungry Girls Podcast? Quickly then… check out the playlist. It’s there! Don’t have the boy’s newest The Beekman 1802 Heirloom Vegetable Cookbook? Nab a copy from their online mercantile.
PS I made a phoebe-style booboo in loading the video so it’s kinda blurry and we are working on fixing it… sorry
You can catch the video on The People Chronicles page. . . you’ll need to look at our podcast image for the intro but wait for it. The video and chit chat with Josh and Brent will open! Listen to the episode on iTunes. While you are in iTunes, pretty please leave a review! Okay, thanks (it’s my birthday wish…I’m allowed more than one. We work really hard to bring you great, inspiring, chuckle worthy shows and we want the world to know about all the fabulous locals who make up our guest list). Tracy and I hope you enjoy!
P.S. I haven’t had a chance to make a recipe from the book but you know the cake mentioned in the interview? Yeah, I’ll be all over that!
