This has to be, by far, my favorite meal. It’s the Bohemian Salad. The veggies were just so glorious that I could not mix the dressing in but served it on the side.
Shredded nappa, cilantro, lime and ginger. A mix of local red peppers, broccoli, summer squash, and organic carrots, organic peas organic baked tofu or organic chicken on tip of rice noodles. The dressing … organic peanut butter, coconut milk, and spice!
