Substitute tonic water for Izze Sparkling Clementine Juice or San Pellegrino Aranciata. Make a Blackberry Gin and Tonic by following the recipe but begin by muddling 6 blackberries, with the gin and fruit juices. Strain, pour over ice and top with tonic water. Consider gently crushing fresh rosemary with the gin and juice prior to adding the tonic. Add a splash of orange liqueur for a sweeter sip.
