Ingredients
1 pound peaches,
skin removed,
pitted and chopped
1 - 1½ cups organic sugar
¼ cup limoncello
½ cup orange juice
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 box (1.75-ounces) powdered fuit pectin
5 tablespoons Home Sweet Homegrown hot sauce
Instructions
Bring the peaches, sugar, limoncello, orange juice and lemon juice to a boil.
Stir in the pectin and boil for 1 minute, stirring. Stir in the hot sauce.
Spoon into freezer safe jars, leaving ½” space and cap. Keep refrigerated overnight to set.
Keep refrigerated up to 2 weeks or freeze for up to 1 year.
