Ingredients
  • 1 pound peaches, skin removed, pitted and chopped
  • 1 - 1½ cups organic sugar
  • ¼ cup limoncello
  • ½ cup orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 box (1.75-ounces) powdered fuit pectin
  • 5 tablespoons Home Sweet Homegrown hot sauce
Instructions
  1. Bring the peaches, sugar, limoncello, orange juice and lemon juice to a boil.
  2. Stir in the pectin and boil for 1 minute, stirring. Stir in the hot sauce.
  3. Spoon into freezer safe jars, leaving ½” space and cap. Keep refrigerated overnight to set.
  4. Keep refrigerated up to 2 weeks or freeze for up to 1 year.
