Lemon Dill Dressing

Serves: ¾ cup
- ¼ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons white, rice or white wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon dried dill or 1 tablespoon fresh, chopped dill
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- Whisk all of the ingredients until smooth.
- Store in an airtight container.
