You can easily customize this pie by swapping the strawberries for blueberries, raspberries or sliced peaches. Make it gluten free by using a gluten-free pie crust!

Ingredients
1 9-inch pie crust
1-1/2 cups sugar
¼ teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons flour
2 eggs
1 tablespoon lemon juice
3-1/2 cups sliced or diced strawberries or mixed berries
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350ยบ F. Place the crust in a 9-inch pie pan; set aside.
Combine the sugar, salt, flour, eggs and juice to form a smooth paste. Mix in the strawberries and pour into the prepared pie pan.
Bake for 50-60 minutes. When a butter knife inserted halfway to the middle comes out clean, the pie is done. Enjoy!!!!
