You can easily customize this pie by swapping the strawberries for blueberries, raspberries or sliced peaches. Make it gluten free by using a gluten-free pie crust!

  • 1 9-inch pie crust
  • 1-1/2 cups sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 3-1/2 cups sliced or diced strawberries or mixed berries
  1. Preheat the oven to 350ยบ F. Place the crust in a 9-inch pie pan; set aside.
  2. Combine the sugar, salt, flour, eggs and juice to form a smooth paste. Mix in the strawberries and pour into the prepared pie pan.
  3. Bake for 50-60 minutes. When a butter knife inserted halfway to the middle comes out clean, the pie is done. Enjoy!!!!
