blueberry pie overnight oats

Serves: 1 serving
  • ¼ - ½ cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • ¼ cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup fat-free Greek yogurt (plain)
  • ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk or milk
  • 1-2 packs of Truvia or sweetener of your choice
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
  • ⅛ tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 tsp chia seeds (optional)
  1. Place all ingredients into a 16-ounce canning jar. Tightly close the jar and give it a good shake to combine.
  2. Refrigerate overnight. In the morning, shake again before enjoying. Add more fresh fruit, if you like.
