This is a moist, soft cookie that’s good for dogs of all ages. Due to the coconut flour, it’s not a cookie to roll out. Simply roll the dough (it will be a bit crumbly but moist) into small balls and bake.

Serves: 20-40
  • ½ cup coconut flour
  • ½ cup apple puree (use natural apple baby food, or puree a seeded apple in a blender until smooth)
  • 1 tablespoon raw, local honey
  • 2 tablespoons virgin, unrefined coconut oil, softened
  • 3 tablespoons water
  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF.
  2. In a mixing bowl, thoroughly combine all ingredients.
  3. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Using two tablespoons, scoop and roll the dough into small (1- or ½-inch) balls. Place on the paper.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes. Cool completely, then store in the refrigerator or freezer.
