- ½ cup butter
- 1½ cup powdered sugar
- 2 egg yolks
- ½ cup bourbon or whiskey
- Cream butter and sugar over medium heat.
- Remove from heat and whisk in egg yolks. Pour in bourbon gradually and constantly.
- Serve immediately.
