Creamy Peanut Butter Frosting

Creamy and smooth icing! If you prefer to prepare as a non-vegan version us butter and milk. There are many butter substitutes in the grocery store.

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 5 tablespoons butter substitute, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1-1/4 cups confectioners’ sugar
  • 3 tablespoons unsweetened non-dairy milk
  1. Mix the peanut butter, butter, vanilla and salt with a spoon or electric mixer on low speed until smooth.
  2. Add the confectioners’ sugar and combine.
  3. Gradually add the milk, mixing until smooth and spreadable.
