Ingredients
  • 1 cup frozen or fresh blueberries
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk or non-fat milk
  • ¼ cup granola (GF optional)
  • ¼ cup non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 small banana, peeled
  • ⅛ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ⅛ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 ice cubes
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients into the blender, secure lid and blend until desired consistency is reached.
