This recipe is as basic as it comes so use your imagination for your blend. I prefer the simple blueberry flavor but orange compliments blueberries. Ingredients
1 cup non-dairy milk, unsweetened organic almond milk or other non-dairy milk
1 cup organic blueberries, fresh or frozen
1 cup ice
3 ounces organic spinach
2 tablespoons hemp seeds, optional
2 tablespoons chai seeds
1 tablespoon organic, raw agave (or a 2 teaspoons of local, unrefined honey)
Instructions
Put all ingredients in a high speed blender and puree until smooth.
Serve cold.
